I’m trying to figure out how to lose weight fast
I know you’re asking yourself what I’m up to talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because last week I found myself in a position to climb two flights of stairs, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was perspiring profusely, coughing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I went into the bathroom to splash some cold water in my face, and looked up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I needed to lose weight fast.
Actually, I actually feel like I’ve turned into my dad. He was an enormously obese guy, with a great sense of humor and a strong, pragmatic approach to life. But boy, he was huge. And these days I’m getting huge too. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my father, but I very much would like to avoid topping 300 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s hardly any going back.
So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight fat. My wife is going to go on a diet with me, saying that she would also like to lose some weight, which I think will make it quite a bit easier to stick to whichever diet plan we end up using. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of different ideas about weight loss out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how well the diet goes for us. I know losing weight will not be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can tell, so I’ll be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
